Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Chef who is passionate and practiced in the delivery of a range of food offerings and who will enhance and deliver a first class service for members and visitors alike.  This would be an ideal opportunity, for the right person, to develop new and exciting ideas to help grow the business moving forward.

The club provides a catering service 7 days per week throughout the year from daily bar menus to match teas and function menus, all held in a wonderful location.  The Club's ambition is to extend this service to reach more customers, both inside and outside the Club.

The successful applicant will be expected to work 40 hours per week, on a rota basis, which will include shared weekend working.  This would be mainly daytime hours, although it may include the need to work the occasional evening to cover a function or club event.

You must be willing to work hard leading a small catering team and assist in developing our culture of working with local, small scale suppliers of bread, meat, eggs etc to ensure our menu features fantastic, fresh, local ingredients.


Remuneration

A negotiable, competitive salary commensurate with the skills and experience of the candidate.
